I am happy to announce that I will be attending and co-presenting a breakout session on vROps at the upcoming Cork Technical Support Summit hosted by VMware Global Support Services.
The event which is now in its 6th year takes place on May 21st / 22nd at Páirc Uí Chaoimh Conference Centre and brings together a chance for 200+ customers from 90+ countries to hear direct from Support Engineers as well as have direct face time to troubleshoot with Product Experts.
We will have representatives for all products including vSphere, vRealize Suite / Cloud Management, NSX, vSAN VMware Cloud on AWS Workspace One / EUC and Skyline to name but a few This is always a great and interactive event and I would highly encourage you to attend if you can.

Customer Success Engineering
This event will also mark 1 of the 1st steps in Customer Success Engineering (CSE) coming out of the shadows and increasing our public profile as a team and I am honored to help with this effort. I of course will not be alone and there will be colleagues from my team also presenting on vRealize Automation and CSE in general.
What will I be doing?
I will be co-presenting a breakout session on vRealize Operations Performance Issues and giving my insight from the customer engagements that I have had during my tenure in Customer Success Engineering. In addition, I have also been asked to be a part of the Expert Bar as well.
I am excited to not only be returning to Cork where I started my career at VMware but also to meet with customers and hear their vROps stories and any challenges they face.
Trivia
This is not my 1st time presenting at the Tech Summit as I presented a main stage session on vROps back in 2015 in front of around 80-100 people when I was still working in GSS.
